2019 ANNUAL STREET LISTING/CENSUS forms have been mailed out
to all Hull residents. Hull residents are urged to promptly review, make any necessary
corrections and return the form to the Town Clerk’s Office As Soon As Possible.
You may also scan your signed census to census@town.hull.ma.us.
If you did not receive a census form, moved or are new to the Town of Hull, you
can download one online here:

or call the Town Clerk at 781-925-2000.
DOG LICENSES: The mailing will also include a 2019 Dog
License Application. Dog licenses are valid from April 1st – March 31st of each
year however, if you wish to Pre-Register your dog for 2019 please follow the
instructions on the form and return with the census. You can also download one
