Advance Notice: Please be advised that Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States of America flag and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flag be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, the day of funeral services, in honor of Sergeant Deegan J. MacDouglas, United States Army, of Quincy, MA , who passed away on 6-29-2021.
