NOTICE OF A PUBLIC
TREE HEARING
Removal of Public Shade Trees
Town of Hull, Department of Public Works
Pursuant to Massachusetts General
Laws Chapter 87, Sections 3 and 4, a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the Louis Costa Meeting
Room at the Hull Town Hall at 253 Atlantic Avenue, Hull, MA to consider
the removal of the following public tree(s):
1. Meade Ave- Removal
of 12” diameter Maple due to damage to a town sidewalk that is creating a public safety issue.
2. Meade Ave - Removal of 12” diameter Maple due to damage to a town sidewalk that is creating a public safety issue.
The tree(s)
identified above have been posted for public inspection. Any objections
to their removal must be submitted in writing to the DPW Director, prior to or during the hearing.
