ATLANTIC AVENUE PUMP STATION EMERGENCY REPAIR

August 27, 2019 

Atlantic Ave. Pump Station Emergency Repair

Dear Neighbors:

The Town of Hull Sewer Department along with Contractors Woodard & Curran and Aqualine will be doing an emergency excavation at the pump station to fix a leaking pipe. Materials and equipment are being delivered to the site today (Tuesday 8/27/19) and we expect to perform the work on Wednesday 8/28/19 from 7:00 am -7:00 pm. Depending upon conditions encountered repairs could extend for a longer period of time.

·       Your sewer service will not be affected

·       Please do not park in the street

·       We thank you for your cooperation and patience

PARADE AND FIELD DAY REMINDER

PARADE & FIELD DAY REMINDER! AUGUST 17TH! The 375th Anniversary Parade will step off at 11 AM from Revere Street and will end at L Street Field followed by a fun filled day of events for all ages! Show your hometown pride with a 375th Anniversary Flag. Limited amount still available for purchase at Hull Town Hall and the Nantasket Hardware Store.  Don't miss out on owning a part of Hull's history!

The Hull Library Book Group will meet on Wednesday, August 21^st at 2:30 on the second floor of the town library to discuss "Awakening" by Kate Chopin. All are welcome.

375th Anniversary Parade & Field Day Count Down Begins! Mark your calendars for what is expected to be one of Hull's Most Memorable Events!- AUGUST 17TH!  The parade will step off at 11:00 AM beginning at Revere Street and end at the L Street Field for a full day of events for all ages!

Why is the Flag at Half Staff?

Please be advised that in accordance with the Presidential proclamation issued as a mark of respect honoring the victims of the tragedies in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio and as ordered by Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, the United States of America flag and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flag shall be flown at half-staff at all state buildings beginning immediately until sunset on Thursday, August 8, 2019.
