Boston Harbor Now's Survey to Improve Water Transportation System

As the next step in Boston Harbor Now’s comprehensive water transportation study , we have launched a stated preference survey to understand how people make transportation choices around Boston Harbor. We need to hear from people who live and work all around the Harbor to study the potential for future ferries. The results of this survey will inform the future of transportation throughout the Harbor.

Please help us to improve the water transportation system in Greater Boston and to the Harbor Islands by completing and sharing a quick survey at bostonharborsurvey.com. Enter the code "Sshore" on the front page. (This is a special code that we’ve created for our South Shore partners to share with their constituents.)

The survey will be online through September 18th (and on board current ferries this week and again in September). We are hoping to hear from thousands of existing ferry commuters and visitors to the islands as well as potential ferry riders in the region.
