PRESS RELEASE – COVID-19 VACCINE

The Hull Board of Health will be conducting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic to be held on January 30, 2021 from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Mary Jeanette Murray Bathhouse.

This clinic is for Hull residents who fall into Phase One of the COVID Vaccine Priority List as determined by the MA Dept. of Public Health to include non-clinical health care workers, long term care facilities, rest homes, assisted living facilities, first responders, congregate care settings (including correction and homeless shelters), home-based healthcare workers and healthcare workers doing non-COVID-facing care.  Proper identification is required such as employer id, a letter from your employer, proof of professional licensure. MESSAGE FROM COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE REGARDING UPCOMING MEETING

 


Town of Hull – Community Preservation Committee

The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) reviews applications submitted by Town bodies and citizens at large for funding projects involving open space protection, historic preservation, affordable housing, and outdoor recreation.  CPC makes recommendations that will be discussed at Annual Town Meeting (ATM) regarding the use of the Town's Community Preservation Fund for those purposes. That fund is composed of a 1.5% surtax on Town real estate taxes and state matching funds payable each Fall.  This year, CPC is working with a budget of approximately $575K.

CPC received 7 applications from proponents applying for a CPA grant. 

On Monday, January 11, 2021, proponents have been invited to present their project to CPC.  This is a great opportunity for residents to also phone in to learn more about what type of projects are being reviewed by CPC.  This meeting is scheduled as a remote meeting via telephone conference call:
