Hull Library Book Group

 

 

The Hull Library Book Group will meet this month on Wednesday September 20 at 2:30 on the second floor of the town library. All are welcome.

We will discuss "The Boston Girl" by Anita Diamant.

Nantasket Road Paving Schedule

 

 

Nantasket Road Paving Schedule

Below is the planned schedule for the paving of Nantasket Road. This schedule is weather sensitive and may change due to adverse weather conditions.

September 7^th through September 11^th

The crews will be mobilizing their equipment and conducting some field engineering and surveys. During these two-days, they will be setting up erosion controls and doing miscellaneous prep work.

September 8^th through September 12^th

A crew will be lowering and plating castings

September 11^th through September 15^th

The reclaiming operation will take place

September 15^th through September 18^th

A binder course will be put on the roadway

September 18^th through September 19^th

A binder course will put on the affected driveways

September 19^th through September 21^st
Utility structures in the roadway will be rebuilt and adjusted as needed

September 22^nd

The surface course will be applied to the roadway

September 25^th through September 26^th

The surface course will be applied to the affected driveways

September 27^th

The roadway will have the lines painted

September 25^th through September 29^th

Loaming and seeding of the affected areas will be done

September 28^th through September 29^th

The crews will be leaving

 

Message from Board of Health Re: A Street Beach bayside

The retest at A St Bay side came back normal.  All Town of Hull beaches are open. This was the last week of water testing. Have a happy and safe Labor Day!
