We
have received a few calls from ratepayers regarding online bill payment through
third party vendors. Billtrust is the only online third party bill
payment company to be officially contracted with the Hull Municipal Light Plant
to accept and process such payments. They can be accessed directly from the
Plant's webpage by clicking on the tab titled Billtrust or cutting and pasting
the following link in your browser:
Any
other online bill payment service is not affiliated or contracted with Hull
Municipal Light Plant to provide such services, and the Light Plant cannot
guarantee that payment through parties other than Billtrust will be processed
and credited correctly, or on time.
