2017 Town-Wide Christmas Tree Collection
The following guidelines will be
followed regarding the collection of trees this year:

All trees must be at the side of the roadway by 7:00 a.m.
on the day of collection.
·
All metal and ornaments must be removed from the tree.
·
No wreaths of any kind will be collected.
The following dates for
collections will be followed as closely as possible:
Tuesday,
January 2, 2018: Pemberton
to X Street
Wednesday,
January 3, 2018: X
Street to A Street
Thursday,
January 4, 2018: A
Street to Monument Square
Friday,
January 5, 2018: Whitehead
Ave. to Wharf Ave.
Monday,
January 8, 2018: Wharf Ave. to
Hingham/Cohasset line
including Rockaway
and Rockaway Annex.
This collection schedule will be
adhered to as closely as possible.
Weather conditions will play an important part in adhering to this
schedule. Any delays caused by weather
will result in an adjustment to the pick-up days.
Residents
may drop off trees at the Hull DPW, located at 9 Nantasket Avenue, between the
hours of 8:00am and 3:30pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00am and 11:30am on
Friday. Please be aware that
construction vehicles are frequently entering and exiting the stockyard area,
so use caution.
