Departmental Budget Review (Police)

·        Requesting a 1.95% increase for total Police budget in FY2018 ($2,923,846)

 

Departmental Budget Review (Harbor Master/Shellfish Warden

·        Harbor Master

o   Requesting a 0.68% increase for Harbor budget in FY2018 ($327,134)

o   Enterprise Funds Account supported by user fees, not general tax revenue

·        Shellfish Warden

o   Requesting a 2.44% increase for Shellfish Warden budget in FY2018 ($12,984)

o   Appointed position currently filled by Harbor Master

 Departmental Budget Review (Law Department)

·        Requesting a 1.76% increase for total Law Department budget in FY2018 ($131,165)

·        Town Counsel pays administrative assistant privately

 Committee Updates:  Capital Improvements Committee, Beach Committee, others
