Public Hearing Notice of Continued/Rescheduled Hearing

 

The Hull Board of Selectmen will hold a continued/rescheduled Public Hearing via the remote participation platform of GoToMeeting.com (see below for access information) on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.(hearing will not start before that time; due to scheduling and other matters hearing may actually start after that time), for the purpose of hearing an application, as supplemented, from Extenet Systems for a grant of location/use of public way/installation of and/or attachments to utility poles of expansion nodes and other telecommunication equipment as follows:

 

1)    Southeast corner of Beach Ave. and R. St (Node 10);

2)    Southwest corner of Beach Ave. and Warren Street (Node 11); and

3)    Southwest corner of Beach Ave. and B Street (Node 12).    

 

Copies of said application and related documents, including more specific description of the locations, with additional details, are available for public inspection at the Board of Selectmen’s Office, all at the Hull Town Hall, 253 Atlantic Avenue, Hull, MA  02045 during normal office hours.  Due to Covid-19 limitations, the Office is not open to the general public for in-person service, but arrangements for materials and to obtain additional information on this matter can be arranged for by calling the Selectmen’s Office at 781-925-2000.  Information is also available on the Town’s website at https://www.town.hull.ma.us/  .

 

This is the continuance/rescheduling of the hearing originally scheduled for October 7, 2020, which was not able to go forward due to a sudden power failure in the Town shortly before the scheduled start of the hearing.

 

The public is invited to attend this hearing and speak on said application.  Written comments may also be submitted by mailing or delivering same to the Board of Selectmen’s Office at Hull Town Hall, 253 Atlantic Avenue, Hull, MA  02045 or by email to extenetcomments@town.hull.ma.us .
